  • Ski On/Off: This home is located on the Great Eastern ski trail and offers ski on/off access when the trail is open. Early/late season trail conditions are weather-dependent, and neither the host nor property manager is responsible for these conditions. Reservations cannot be canceled due to weather or lack of snow. For up-to-date trail information, visit the Killington Resort website before booking. Your dates may fall under early/late season rates.
  • Exterior cameras: There are exterior cameras on the property for safety and security. There are no cameras in any living areas.

Policies and Rules

  • Rental Agreement: Guests must e-sign and return the written rental agreement.
  • Guest Occupancy: Maximum guests: 10. Do not exceed the agreed guest occupancy. Over-occupancy will result in immediate eviction and fines.
  • Minimum Rental Age: Guests must be 25 years or older to rent this property.
  • Shoes: Please do not wear shoes inside the house.
  • Smoking Policy: No smoking allowed inside the house, including e-cigarettes. Smoking is only permitted outdoors. A $750 fine will be charged for smoking inside the house.
  • Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. The property may use Minut, a smart home device that monitors noise levels. Minut is privacy compliant and required for this property.
  • Fireworks: Fireworks are not permitted at this property.
  • Parties/Events: No events or parties are allowed.
  • Pets: This property is pet friendly with payment of a non-refundable pet fee per dog. Maximum dogs allowed: 99.

Fees and Payments

  • Hot Tub: The hot tub is included for peak ski season weekends (late December to mid-March). For all other periods, there is an optional $195 setup fee. Use of the hot tub is at your own risk. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from use of the hot tub and hold the owner and property manager harmless.
  • Pets: Non-refundable pet fee per dog.
  • Smoking: A $750 fine will be charged for smoking inside the house.
  • Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee.

  • All-wheel drive and winter tires are strongly recommended.
